Summary of Communication
All parties were introduced and a brief background of the current status of SIU's Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application upgrade was discussed. Centroid offered some suggestions as to areas where they could be of assistance and provided some options for how we might engage with them as well as sharing some scripts and a questionnaire to gain more information in regards to the details of our current EBS environment. Ultimately it was determined that a non-disclosure agreement be shared before moving forward, while SIU researched procurement options to make sure all further communication and/or work followed all of the proper guidelines.
